We, the undersigned nurses at Carthage Area Hospital and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, support our bargaining committee 100% in fighting for a fair contract that provides:

• Quality of Care: Frontline nurses need a strong voice to advocate for our patients and to address patient care conditions, like safe staffing. 
• Respectful Benefits: Nurses need affordable health insurance, so that we can for ourselves and our families, that same way we do four community. 
• Fair Wages: Carthage Area Hospital and Claxton-Hepburn need to provide fair wage increases, incentives, and benefits in order to recruit new nurses and retain qualified, experienced nurses.
