NYSNA nurses at Gracie Square Hospital are fighting for a fair contract that protects patient care in our community! Gracie Square is part of NewYork-Presbyterian health system and one of the few dedicated psychiatric hospitals in New York City. Nurses have been understaffed, overworked and getting injured on the job.
The nurses’ contract is expired and they have been bargaining for months. Management has been asking for givebacks on safe staffing and workplace violence, threatening to make a bad situation worse.
Show your support for NYSNA nurses at Gracie Square Hospital. Send an email today to hospital Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer and Executive Director Tim McGarvey, and urge him to settle a fair contract that will help nurses deliver the safe, quality care our patients deserve!
