NYSNA nurses at Adirondack Medical Center are fighting for a fair contract that protects patient care in our community! We have deep ties to this community and need a contract that ensures we can provide safe, quality patient care to our friends, families, and neighbors.

Hospital management refuses to address our main concern: recruiting and retaining experienced nurses to provide the care our patients deserve. Adirondack Medical Center must provide fair wages and affordable health benefits to help recruit and retain nurses. The cost-of-living crisis in this country continues to worsen, and Adirondack Medical Center must remain competitive with other hospitals to retain enough nurses for safe patient care. The nurses who care for our community deserve to be taken care of, too. We are asking for affordable health benefits to cover frontline nurses and our families.

Show your support for NYSNA nurses at Adirondack Medical Center. Send an email today to hospital CEO Aaron Kramer and urge him to settle a fair contract that will help nurses deliver the safe, quality care our patients deserve! If you have been a patient at the hospital, please feel free to edit the letter with your personal story.
